This map is bounded on
its south side by the Firth of Tay and to the west and north west by the
River Tay and the River Isla. The northern boundary runs eastwards through
Airlie and Kirriemuir and then on to Glenogil (top right hand corner)
and the Noran Water about 4 miles west of Brechin. The eastern margin
runs northwest from a point on the coast just east of Arbroath (lower
right hand corner).
